Returns & Exchanges

1. Write to support@maisondeliteshop.com with your order number and reason.
2. You receive a return label and the return address.
3. Once received and checked, we refund within 5 working days.

For print, stitching or material faults we replace free of charge — no return needed. A photo is enough.

Because every piece is made to order, a size exchange starts a new production run. Processing time is the same as a new order: 2–7 working days.
